FRANKLIN MEDICAL CENTER

The Franklin Medical Center of Millstone, NJ features a comfortable and welcoming patient lounge, private patient appointment rooms, and doctor’s office quarters for four practicing physicians. With a wide range of specialty care offered in the facility, the completion of this fit-out project offered a space compatible with a variety of medical focuses. After previously completing this shell, our team had a familiarity with the location.
LENAHAN CHIROPRACTIC

This center was designed to be a state-of-the-art environment where Dr. Tim Lenahan intended to operate his chiropractic practice. Interestingly, it is the home he grew up in. To convert this space to a medical care facility presented some brief challenges that were overcome through partnership with our team and architectural partners.
ENCOMPASS HEALTH

While formerly HealthSouth, the Old Forge team provided significant upgrades to rehabilitation hospital patient room spaces in Tinton Falls, NJ. Our superintendents and project managers worked closely with the administration to perform work while in between patient stays to avoid disruption of care.
APPLEWOOD MEMORY CARE

OFB provided a complete renovation to Applewood Estates in Freehold NJ within their memory care wing. The scope was inclusive of light gauge metal stud framing of new walls, significant MEP requirements, and new finishes throughout. Being a medical facility, there were several accessibility requirements that our team tackled proactively.
HIGH-END DENTAL OFFICE

Old Forge Builders completed the fit-out of a Millstone, NJ-based dental office space in a design/build capacity. The scope of work included interior demolition, MEP system upgrades and new finishes throughout.
ACQUA DENT FIT-OUT

Within a tenant unit of a building shell Old Forge previously constructed, our team managed the construction of this dental laboratory’s fit-out. Acqua Dent is a premier dental laboratory offering several types of denture products and restorations on-site. Having our team install the latest technology, Acqua Dent provides a broad spectrum of lab services at this new facility.
KESSLER REHABILITATION FACILITY RENOVATION

Kessler Rehabilitation Center in Marlton, NJ offers physical therapy and specialized services for individuals with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, sports and work-related injuries, arthritis and balance disorders. Old Forge was able to renovate an occupied facility during hours of operation with minimal disturbance to their patient experience. Rooms renovated included physical therapy work-out areas and private consultation rooms.
