Old Forge completed the existing structure demolition, site improvements, and ground-up new construction of a childcare facility in South Orange, NJ. The shell of the building was constructed with structural concrete, wood-framed walls and trusses, and a membrane roof system. The exterior facade features fiber cement siding, brick and stone veneer, and an aluminum storefront entrance.  Despite unanticipated construction halts due to the COVID-19 state order, our team managed the project around these challenges and upheld a positive relationship with the ownership.
